Please note, this is our warehouse & distribution centre, not a retail shopfront.
HSD is a mail order business and each day we process a high volume of orders which are sent all over Australia. 
Pre-orders for pickups are therefore essential, to ensure that we have your order ready for you when you arrive. 
Please preorder by 10am for same-day pickups, and in most cases we'll have your order packed & ready to collect by 2pm.  
No same-day pickups prior to 2pm without specific arrangement.
